• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages viewed, lessons completed, and basic device/analytics information.
• Content you provide — posts, projects, and messages you share in the community.

2. How we use it

• To provide and personalize the platform and your learning experience.
• To process payments and manage your membership.
• To send transactional email and, with your consent, the Weekly Build newsletter.
• To improve the product and keep the community safe.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent for marketing communications. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g., hosting, payments, email, analytics, and video delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection.
