Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated May 29, 2026

This policy applies to your registration for the AI Image & Video Bootcamp: From Prompt to Ad (the “Event”), a live online session.

Offered by 11763113 Canada Inc, 1505 rue Anne-Le Seigneur, Chambly, Quebec, J3L 6H6, Canada. Contact support@hubbvee.com or 888-507-6569. Effective date May 29, 2026.

1. Application and definitions

This policy applies to your registration for the live online Event described above. In this policy:

  • “you” or the “Consumer” means a natural person who registers for the Event for purposes other than carrying on a business;
  • “we,” “us,” or the “Merchant” means 11763113 Canada Inc;
  • “distance contract” has the meaning given under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1) (the “CPA”), being a contract entered into while the parties are not in one another's presence, such as a purchase made online.

Your registration is a distance contract governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

2. General policy: all sales are final

The Event is a one-time live session with strictly limited capacity. Except where the law provides otherwise (see Section 5), all registrations are final and non-refundable, including in the following circumstances:

  • you decide not to attend, or are unable to attend, the live session for any reason;
  • you arrive late, leave early, or attend only part of the session;
  • you change your mind after registering.

These conditions are disclosed to you before purchase, as required for distance contracts under the CPA. By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Session recording

The live session is the service you are purchasing. As a courtesy, we record the session and share the recording with everyone who registers. The recording is a complimentary bonus and is not the principal service. If the recording fails, is incomplete, or is unavailable for any technical reason, this does not constitute a failure to deliver the Event and does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Transfer to a future bootcamp (goodwill)

If you cannot attend, the most we can offer, at our discretion and subject to availability, is to transfer your registration to a future bootcamp of equivalent value. A transfer is a goodwill accommodation, not a refund, and does not extend or create any further refund right.

5. Your rights under Quebec law

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any right you have under the CPA or other applicable law. Those rights cannot be waived by contract. In particular:

If we do not hold the Event. If we cancel the Event and do not deliver the live session, or if our principal obligation is not performed within the period provided by law, you may cancel your contract and receive a full refund. We will refund all sums you paid within fifteen (15) days of cancellation, as required by the CPA.

Distance-contract cancellation rights. The CPA grants consumers the right to cancel a distance contract in specific circumstances, including where required pre-contract information has not been disclosed, or where the Merchant's principal obligation is not performed within the period set by law. Where such a right applies, we will refund all sums paid within fifteen (15) days of cancellation.

Credit card chargeback. If you are entitled to cancel and we fail to refund you within the time required, you may be entitled to request a chargeback from your credit card issuer under the CPA.

6. If we cancel or reschedule the Event

If we must cancel or reschedule the Event, we will notify you and offer you the choice between a full refund and a transfer to the rescheduled date or a future bootcamp. If you choose a refund, we will refund all sums paid within fifteen (15) days.

7. How to contact us and exercise your rights

To request a transfer, raise a concern, or exercise a right under this policy, contact us at support@hubbvee.com or 888-507-6569. You may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur for information about your consumer rights.

8. Governing law

This policy and your registration are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.

9. Language

This policy is available in French and English. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
