1. Who we are

ModelMagix is an online learning community operated by HUBBVEE (“ModelMagix”, “we”, “us”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account is for one person; sharing access to paid content is not permitted.

3. Membership & billing

• Paid memberships are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime).
• Founding rates are locked for active memberships as described on our pricing page.
• Annual memberships include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current period.
• Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases and, except where required by law, are non-refundable after the 14-day window.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform and community is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the work and posts you create. By sharing content in the community you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the operation of the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

6. Our content

Courses, materials, and the platform itself are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish paid materials.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
